Business cards & branded stationery
Business cards, letterheads, envelopes and folders for a consistent brand identity. Discuss papers and finishes with EBFOS in Metn, Lebanon.
A business card should make your details easy to read and your brand easy to recognise. EBFOS prints business cards and coordinated stationery, including letterheads, envelopes and folders. The right brief combines approved contact information, clear artwork and a format suited to everyday use.
Begin with a complete identity
Provide your logo, approved brand colours and the details to be printed. For a card, check the person’s name, role, phone number, email and website before discussing finishes. If several people need cards, use a consistent list of names and contact details so the artwork can be reviewed without conflicting versions.
For a stationery set, explain which items are needed and how they will be used. A letterhead printed again through an office printer has different practical considerations from a presentation folder. Tell the team about the intended use and ask which papers and finishing options are suitable for the order.
Paper and finish are part of the brief
The weight, surface and finishing of paper can affect how a card feels and how printed details appear. Ask EBFOS about available choices instead of assuming that a finish shown in a reference image is included. Bring a physical sample where possible, or explain which part of the reference you want to achieve.
The photograph on this page is a licensed example of blank card stock, not an EBFOS customer project. It illustrates a paper format rather than a promised result. Final appearance depends on the selected material, approved artwork and the production specification confirmed for your order.
Review the whole set together
When cards, envelopes, folders and letterheads are ordered together, check how the logo and contact details appear across every item. Different formats need different layouts; simply scaling the same artwork may make small text difficult to read or leave important details too close to an edge.
Before approval, check spelling, phone numbers, website addresses and any QR-code destination you supply. Let the team know your quantities for each item and your required date. EBFOS also lists design support for developing ideas into print-ready artwork; ask about the scope if your files are not yet ready.
