NCR & continuous forms
Multi-part carbonless NCR forms and continuous forms for invoicing, logistics and dot-matrix workflows. Request an EBFOS printing quote in Lebanon.
EBFOS prints continuous and NCR forms for businesses that need a practical paper record. NCR forms are carbonless multi-part forms: information written on the top sheet can transfer to the sheets below. Continuous forms support workflows that use connected sheets, including dot-matrix systems.
Match each copy to a real workflow
Start by deciding who needs each copy of the record. An invoice may be distributed differently from a delivery note or an internal voucher. Identify the original and the copies, the fields each person completes, and the information that should appear on every part. This is more useful than choosing a copy count without considering how the form will be used.
Tell the team whether your forms are completed by hand or through a printer. NCR and continuous describe different aspects of a form; not every carbonless form is continuous and not every continuous form needs multiple parts. Describe the actual workflow so the requested format can be reviewed clearly.
Dimensions and equipment matter
For a machine-fed order, supply the printer model and the format of a form that already works with it. Include the finished dimensions, feed arrangement and relevant page settings or perforation requirements. A small size change can affect field alignment, so the printing brief should reflect the system rather than only the appearance of the page.
For handwritten forms or books, explain how the sheets will be handled and separated. Ask EBFOS to confirm available part counts, paper arrangements, numbering and finishing for the job. These options depend on the agreed specification; this page does not publish a universal paper weight or standard maximum number of copies.
Make the printed fields easy to use
A good form leaves sufficient room for names, dates, descriptions, quantities and signatures. Send a sample of the current layout and mark fields that cause confusion or lack writing space. If the same artwork must fit a software-generated printout, identify which text is pre-printed and which will be added by the machine.
For repeat orders, confirm company details and numbering instructions instead of relying only on the previous job. Include your quantity and required date when requesting a quote. The team can discuss the format and production scope before you approve the artwork and the order.
